Distressed Business Assets
Our first step is to evaluate the distressed business and assets and develop a plan of action to best preserve and enhance value of the business. This plan can include operating all or part of the business entity, liquidation of all or part of the business entity, or a combination of both. The plan would also have a timeline for an exit strategy for creditors and stakeholders. This may include the sale of the enhanced entity, new financing once the entity is succeeding or the sale of the entity. Upon approval, the Corporate Turnaround / Value Team will implement the plan using our combined 110 years of business, operating and financial experience to recover the most value for the creditors and stakeholders. We have state of the art reporting to keep creditors and stakeholders up-to-date as to the progress of the business plan implemented. For more information download the distressed assets brochure. |
